You will be able to make bookings for appointments at the Embassy on working days for a passport or identity card applications. The appointments take place between 8.30am and 12.00pm every working day, except on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, as well as on Dutch and British public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All applicants must appear in person. This includes minors applying for their own travel document as well as minors who are to be included in their parent's passport
  
• You can only make one appointment at a time
  
• If you want to apply for yourself and other family members, each person needs to make a separate appointment
  
• If you would like to make an application for both a passport and an ID card you will need to make a separate booking for each document
  
  
• An appointment cannot be made more than 3 months in advance
