Renewing a Dutch driving licence
It is not possible to renew or replace a lost or stolen Dutch driving licence in the Netherlands if you are living in the UK. You will have to submit an application to the DVLA.
In order to do this you will have to obtain a confirmation from the RDW stating that a driving licence was issued to you in the Netherlands.
