GO*DUTCH! Is promoting Dutch literature in the UK in 2009 and 2010. Some of the best Dutch novelist already toured the UK during this autumn, which was a great succes.

In 2010 GO*DUTCH! will include a new series of writer events in the UK, publication of a sampler of New Dutch Writing and some other promotional activities. It aims to focus attention on individual Dutch writers and their books but also to raise awareness of Dutch literature in translation in general.

GO*DUTCH! has been developed by the Foundation for the Promotion and Translation of Dutch Literature with funding from Arts Council England and support from a number of UK publishers who are all publishing Dutch literature (Harvill, Portobello, Comma Press, Arcadia, Reportage, Boxer Books).
